What is Two Stop Shuttle Service?
Two Stop Shuttle Service is an exclusive shuttle service that only make two stops. In any trip to or from BWI Airport no more than two stops are taken. Our customers save time and money.
How does shared ride service works?
We only make Two stops, meaning we only service two parties at a time. We do not service more than two parties and we schedule our routes for parties in the same direction.
How do I find you at the Airport?
Our Drivers stay connected with Airport flight tracking system, as soon as the flight arrives our drivers will call the customer to notify and setup the pickup location or the pickup Zone.
Can I make Stop for Coffee or Anything else for 15 minutes or less?
We value our customers therefore, we offer our customer to make stop for an additional cost of $10.
We allow our shuttle customers to have one suitcase and one hand carry.
We allow our customers to cancel the reservation 4 hours prior to the service, any cancellation less than 4 hours to the service will not be cater.
No Show Charges?
We are dedicated to providing excellent customer service to our guests, we encourage our guests to communicate with us and update us about any changes. However, if a guest fail to communicate and does not show up then BWI shuttle service will charge the full amount.
Late Night & Early Morning Pickups?
We charge $10 extra from 11:00 pm to 5:00 am.
Snow Emergency Policy?
Once State Emergency is declared due to inclement sub charges will be added maximum up to 50% to the regular fare.
What if my flight is delayed or canceled?
Our drivers track flights and they arrive at the airport accordingly. However, for cancel flight passengers are responsible to inform us. If the passenger fails to inform us then BWI Shuttle Service will not refund the fare.
Do you Allow pets?
Our policy regarding the transport of animals is designed to ensure adequate space for the kennel(s), your baggage, and the baggage of other passengers in our vans. All animals – excluding service animals – must be kenneled to board the vehicle. Kennel guidelines are as follows:
▪ Less than 25 pounds: Lap carrier permitted.
▪ More than 25 pounds: Must be reserved as a Non-Stop Van.
Per ADA requirements, the restrictions above do not affect service animals. Read more about accessible service.
Travelers with pet allergies are advised that other passengers on your vehicle may be traveling with a pet or service animal.
