Our drivers track flight through global flight tracking system. The driver contacts the passenger on the given cell number which was provided at the time of reservation. We request all customers to keep their cell phones turned on in order to establish the communication with the driver. BWI Shuttle Service driver will pick up from the decided Pick up Zone by the Second Curb side.

Luggage policy is based on the size of the vehicle. Customer will be liable to pay for Excess luggage.

Guests are able to cancel reservations within 24 hours without any penalty. Cancellations which take place with less than 12 hours until service was requested will be charged half of the service contract fee.

We are dedicated to provide excellent service to our customers. We encourage our customers to communicate with us and update any changes. However, if a customer fails to communicate and does not show up, then BWI shuttle service will charge the full amount.

There is an additional $10 charge for pick-ups and drop-offs from 11:00 pm to 5:00 am.

In case of a snowstorm in which State Emergency is declared, sub charges will be added maximum up to 35% to the regular fare.

Our drivers track flights through global flight tracking system and arrive to the airport accordingly. However, customer is responsible to inform us in case of flight cancellation. If passenger fails to inform us then BWI Shuttle Service is not liable to refund any charges.

Our policy regarding the transport of animals is designed to ensure adequate space for the kennel(s), your baggage, and the baggage of other passengers in our vehicles. All animals – excluding service animals – must be kenneled to board the vehicle. Kennel guidelines are as follows: Less than 25 pounds: Lap carrier permitted.More than 25 pounds.Per ADA requirements, the restrictions above do not affect service animals. Read more about accessible service. Travelers with pet allergies are advised that other passengers on your vehicle may be traveling with a pet or service animal.
