Our drivers track flight through global flight tracking system. The driver contacts the passenger on the given cell number which was provided at the time of reservation. We request all customers to keep their cell phones turned on in order to establish the communication with the driver. BWI Shuttle Service driver will pick up from the decided Pick up Zone by the Second Curb side.
Luggage policy is based on the size of the vehicle. Customer will be liable to pay for Excess luggage.
Guests are able to cancel reservations within 24 hours without any penalty. Cancellations which take place with less than 12 hours until service was requested will be charged half of the service contract fee.

Rates provided are all-inclusive estimates and may not include additional charges for parking, tolls, and airport fees, which are passed along as incurred. Debit and credit cards will be authorized for the estimated amount at the time of booking, holding the funds until released by your bank or financial institution. BWI Airport Shuttle cannot be responsible for items left in vehicles.
Cancellations must be made by phone or email and are valid only upon acknowledgment from BWI Airport Shuttle Service. No cancellations or changes are accepted after 10 PM via phone or email.
